I have to say, I am so proud of our Designing Learning Environment board that we finished in a record time of 4 hours last night. I think it is so nice and it more than justifies for the 4 hours of hard work put in. We are geniuses yo! ;)
Went home all the way from Sembawang lugging the big big biiiig board. The funniest thing happened on Jln Malu-Malu last night. I was walking down the slope when I thought I heard a mad dog barking and running behind me. Mind you, I am not scared of dogs but a mad dog is not a very nice thing, leashed or unleashed. So anyways, I got freaked and I didn't even dare to stop and look back so I scuttled down to slope like some bug lugging a big board. And it turned out to be this Indian guy with a faulty bike and his brakes were giving out that mad-dog-sounding noise. Pffft! ):
So anyhow, was rushing home all the way because I wanted to meet NAla in town to grab a couple of drinks. But as it is, I missed the bus, train and bus again so that when I reached home, it was nearing 10 though I left Sembawang at 8pm. And you know what that means. Scrapping of plans. Sigh. ): It was so sad because I was so hyped about hitting town but I didn't want to look like some alien with that huge board. I shall stop being so image-conscious and hit town whether or not I am lugging a board or box!
Went to look at watches the other day with my dad. My orangey watch's spoilt (and a lil of I-am-sick-of-it) and my nice nice vintage watch was left at the library the other day when I went off in a rush to meet DINGDING! Boo to VSTM. I wanted to get a Paul Picot watch but the ones that I saw were so man-ish and my dad didn't like the designs of Paul Picot. ): His exact words were, "UGH!" Excuse me, this is called refined acquired taste hokays! :D So I ended up not buying any watches because I couldn't find one that I liked. We then went to Coffee Beans to sit around and the lady mixed up the order and I got 1 extra Hot Chocolate free on top of the one we paid for. ;) Cheap thrill. Hahaha!
Anyways, here's my plan for tonight! I am going to finish up my MAYC individual assignment, MAYC group assignment, FP Lesson Plans Evaluations, FP Self Reflection! It may not sound like much but it is actually a shitload full of assignments to complete in one night!
HOLLAND V-ING TMR! That's my only motivation for tonight. Hehs. ;)
