[Edit:]I was just talking to Se7en (大猴子 to me) when I realised that since that guy's standing at 188cm tall, when he stands next to the railings, the top of the railings will only be at his waist! That is so I-have-nothing-to-say amazing! I wish he would shave off 3.5cm from his own height and give 'em to me so that I could reach my ideal height of 170cm. Pffft! [Edit:/]
I am feeling happy and blessed today because of nitty gritty stuffs that would, most probably, not make an impact in anyone's life. But today, I've decided to give thanks for every wonderful thing that's going on in my life, even to the smallest detail.
- Freshly laundered bedspread. Nothing's better than smelling freshly laundered bedspread last thing before you sleep and first thing when you wake up. That makes me happy. (:
- Having ham sandwich with ChocChill is love in its own way too. That makes me happy. (:
- Having all the kids hug you and crowd around you like you really matter alot to them. That makes me happy. And feel blessed/loved.
- Having all the timings timed so accurately that you don't have to walk home at the end of an exhausting day at childcare. That makes me happy.
- Having all my good friends around me in school and everyone's feeling happy in their own little ways. That makes me happy.
- Knowing that school semester is ending soon and many assignments are going to be handed in soon. That makes me happy. In a way.
- Knowing that I am not required to go to school at all for the next 2 Thursdays. That makes me happy.
- Knowing that your mentor is planning an outing with the kids just so that you get to go out with the kids. That makes me happy.
- Knowing that all my friends have recovered from their respective illnesses (read: Xiang, Smelly Starfish, Xuzhen & Gladys). That makes me happy.
So many other things that makes me happy. I have decided to oversee the yucky things that happened today and made me whine for that little while. God is good, after all. (:
