I think mothers are never ever fully satisfied. Nothing we do can actually really please them. Just kinda pissed with that fact. Take for example just now. I was just napping and then she just comes into my room and starts to rant about how I am always at home, how I am always slacking. And then she starts saying stuffs like, "If this is the way you are going to spend your entire hols, I am getting worried."
WTF pls. Hahaha. The previous hols and the first 2 weeks of the current hols, I was out almost everyday and she gimme the dulan face. Like, "Why are you always out ?!" or "Since it's your hols now, you should spend some time at home." And now, what do I get ? BROAR !
How to ever satisfy someone please ? So what do I do ? I just satisfy myself. I mean, maybe you could say that I should find a job. But if I do find a job, my grandmother and probably my dad won't be pleased. And my mum has so many issues about job. It cannot be this, this, this and you can't work night shifts cos you MUST be home for family dinner every night. How to find a job that satisfies all these requirements ?! And of course, it has to satisfy my OWN requirements, duh.
My grandmother isn't pleased if I find a part time job. Because she is like, "What if papa's friends see you ?! Then they will think that he can't afford to raise you up until you have to go out and find work !" Or like, "Hello. Papa got so high position in the university. Later his friends see you outside work, then he no face alr. "
The previous time I held a job was purely for fun. I just accompanied someone down for an interview and the interviewer asked me if I wanna give it a try and I said ok. So I worked at Tonkichi Takashimaya. And if I worked 8-hours shift, my mum would get irritated and say that I am just a part-timer, they shouldn't give such long hours. Or if my shift ends at 10pm, she would start calling by 9pm complaining that it's too late.
Aiya. I don't know lar. Humans are so hard to please and are never satisfied, just like what I told someone the other day.
I know what I am gg to do for the rest of the hols alr. Just slack somemore ! I mean, I won't get to slack like now when semester starts at the end of next month right ?! So might as well do my one year worth of slacking these 2 months. :D

Actually, my mum is really really nice in all the other ways, just that she is super hard to please sometimes. Hahaha. So don't get the wrong idea and think that Laura's mum is so strict or sth. Lols.
